The complex consists of 536 units of housing. 295,860 cubic meters of concrete and over 7000 tonnes of steel were used. The project strikes interest with its architecture. Underground parking, communal areas and various amenities were involved. The project was a turn-key construction including fine and finishing works with A-grade appliances.
